If you’re eager for personal growth…

…Then you are going to need a growth-oriented environment. The Impact Driven Leadership Community provides you with exactly that, through these key features:

  • Because each Impact Driven Group is kept small, it creates the space needed for you to truly open up and cultivate deep relationships with other members.

  • After an incubation period, each group has the freedom to evolve however it needs, with opportunities for members to then become group leaders and facilitators.

  • The Private Impact Driven Leader Kajabi Community lets you expand beyond your small, intimate group to connect with the community as a whole as well.

  • Each month we’ll focus on a certain aspect of personal development, exploring how it shows up in your life and creating strategies to help you apply what you learn.

  • Need a refresher course? Want to go all-in and give your life a complete overhaul? Each training will be recorded, so you can access them at any time.

“The Impact Driven Leader community has been an invaluable contribution in my pursuit of becoming a better leader. Growth does not simply come from reading great books, but implementing great ideas. Our round table discussions challenge and encourage us to explore the inner depths of our character, pushing us past shallow conversation to vulnerable dialogue. Our community does not settle for new information; we seek transformation”

“First of all, they help me see life through another lens, without which I would miss much of the scenery. Secondly, they give me real time feedback on the actual issues I’m facing. It’s advice from an exceptional group of people that have my best interest at heart as they have nothing to lose or gain from the advice they give me.”

One goes fast,
Many go far

Sure, you can continue to distance yourself from all of your relationships. You can keep being the guy who has “made it,” according to everyone on the outside. You can hold fast to your “loner” identity, never relying on anyone but yourself.

Or, you can face your fears of being vulnerable, develop lasting relationships, and access the universe of growth and fulfillment that lies within self-actualization.

Because how does the saying go? “‘Self-made?’ Then you haven’t made much.”

If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.

You were born to make an impact

Maybe you’re thinking to yourself “I’m not even a leader… this kind of thing isn’t for me.”

Maybe you believe that you’re not capable of impacting others in a meaningful way.

Maybe you are simply afraid to get vulnerable— afraid to work through the insecurities that you don’t want to admit exist.

All of this is okay; it simply means you’re human. But that nagging feeling you have—the one that tells you life is meant to be more fulfilling, happier, better—it’s not going to go away.

The truth is, we are all born to be leaders, and we all have something unique to offer this world. Of this, I am certain.

It’s time to immerse yourself in a culture that helps you grow and discover what your unique impact will be.

Hey, I’m Tyler…

…and I know what it feels like to be a (successful) loner.

Just like you, I’ve navigated a lot of challenges on my own. Even as young as 14, I experienced the kind of stuff that could break a person, dealing with it by learning to simply put my head down and push. I prided myself on being a man of action—a do-er! And any time things got hard, pushing through it became my default.

But over the last decade or so, I began to notice that all of this pushing was also pushing people away, and at the end of the day I just felt downright lonely. (Perhaps you can relate?)

Since then, I’ve realized that having a community—having a team—is as important now as it was in adolescence (maybe even moreso). Because without quality relationships, nothing else in life matters.
