Robby Emery is a pastor with 25 years of experience serving his local community. In addition to his pastoral work, he has contributed significantly to serving as a special advisor to the Michigan Football team and executive assistant to head coach Jim Harbaugh.

Entering his tenth season, Robby serves as the Director of Character Development for the University of Michigan Football team, where he focuses on instilling values of integrity and teamwork in players and staff.

Prior to her current role, Katie held significant leadership roles at Amazon, most recently as Head of Retail Marketing for North America. She led the Sports & Outdoors and Amazon Handmade businesses, driving significant growth and profitability across multiple channels, including social, digital, mobile, and retail.

In addition to Amazon, Katie held various leadership roles at Starbucks, and a strong agency background. Katie is now the only woman president of a professional soccer club that includes men’s and women’s teams.

Tyler Dickerhoof is a renowned mentor and advisor for entrepreneurs and executives who are seeking effective leadership guidance. He has led an organization of over 250,000 individuals and supported his wife, Kelley, in becoming one of the top 5 income earners at Isagenix.

Tyler holds a degree from Cornell University and has more than 20 years of experience in starting multiple businesses that have generated over $700 million in sales.
