Community

Community: a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals.

Do you have a community that you are connected to?

I reflect on the communities that are near and dear to my life today.

  1. Front Row Dads  A growth-centered community of entrepreneurial men building together as fathers & husbands, mastering their marriage, health, parenting & work/life balance

  2. John Maxwell et al. Yeah, it goes much farther than John himself. I have met and become very close to men and women who hold leadership and the serving others.

  3. Transformation Tables: I participate in two local Spokane groups where we meet weekly to discuss values curated by the John Maxwell Leadership Foundation. These groups numbering 15 other men, have made the last year some of the best growth time for me ever.

  4. Our Isagenix Community; I have learned and grown more as a person and leader in the last ten years from this community. I have seen people transform their lives in ways that would seem impossible. I would not be the person I am today without each person I have met via Isagenix.

  5. Impact Driven Leaders- This community I started last year. I started it to combine many of the virtues of the other four listed here. Today it’s a small community. A community I yearn to serve. A community where we will all grow as leaders to help the world in a more IMPACTful way. As I have experienced in the other four communities, we commit to learning, growing, serving, and repeating we TRANSFORM. When we transform, we IMPACT!

I encourage you to engage in a new community today. It might be in a business or only a product you love to consume.

I would love to be in the community with you, too, and invite you to join me. We’ll do it together. Together is Better!

Our word is too big and lonely to not be in a community. The great thing is we cant create a smaller, more intimate world through the communities we engage in.
