And sometimes it takes that guide. That guide helps us understand how we can be the hero in our own lives. Sometimes that guide is our hero too. They're our hero because they help us believe in ourselves.
The greatest opportunity you have is to be a hero in someone else's life and help them believe in themselves. Believe what only they can do, and they can accomplish anything; anything that they're uniquely gifted to do.
That's our great opportunity as leaders, as parents.
