Focus on Growth Rather Than Achievement

Focus on growth rather than achievement.

The subline to that is, you don't achieve goals; you grow into goals.

The process of setting goals, the process of achieving anything, is the growth process. Darren Hardy shared this, and it's something that Kelley and I believe in is, invest in yourself.

He suggests, "Invest 10%." If you want to make a hundred thousand dollars this year, then invest 10% or $10,000 into personal development.

Invest in yourself, and it will always payback. I'm a believer, "If you plant the seed, you will have something to harvest."

You have to invest; you have to put the seed in the ground to harvest.

Grow through that process. If you focus on growing, quite honestly, you'll achieve more than what your goal ever was.
