And as I've been told, the two greatest days of your life, the day you're born and the day you find out why. Sometimes it takes that guide to help us understand how we can be our hero in our own lives. Sometimes they're our hero and they're our hero because they help us believe in ourselves.
The greatest opportunity you have is to be a hero in someone else's life and help them believe in themselves.
Believe what only they can do, and they can accomplish anything; anything that they're uniquely gifted to do. And it's our great opportunity as leaders, as parents.
