Selfishness has no place in entrepreneurship. Owning a company and flaunting its success isn't the path to building a lasting, multi-state or even global organization. Your focus should be on the team and the vision, not on personal accolades.
Even as the face of the company, it's crucial to understand every role. I’ve done every role in all of my companies so I can understand it. This approach allows leaders to mentor effectively, addressing issues constructively while showing appreciation.
