Share Your Vision
The only way people can join a journey you're on is to know where you're going.
It takes a requirement of you to speak your vision to people.
We can be afraid our vision doesn't apply to people, or maybe it will scare others, or perhaps it scares us a bit.
We're afraid to share our vision with people because they might shoot it down.
They may make fun of us.
They may say, oh, you can't do that.
I believe this. It’s happened to me. But this is what I've learned.
Being willing to share that vision creates the community around you to help make that vision a reality.
So, share your vision.
Share where you want to go, and the right people will join with you once they know where you want to go.
