The Role of a Leader
What is a leader?
A leader can be someone that just tells people where to go and lead them to a place where the leader wants them to go.
But a leader that's going to make an impact, that's going to make a difference, finds people where they are and then leads them to where they need to be.
Not where I need you to be.
Honestly, there's a big difference there.
I think the difference is acting with empathy, compassion and understanding.
It's not where I want you to go.
No.
It's where you need to be.
If those two align, then we're each going to make an impact.
