Transformation

Transformation occurs when positive actions are coupled with accountability and community.

Transformation in life is about going from larva to a beautiful caterpillar.

That's a transformational process, but there's got to be some endorsement. There's got to be something that happens through that, and at the same point, it happens in people when held accountable.

How are you held accountable to others? You have to meet positive changes. It's building those habits. It's when you have to answer to somebody, or someone's holding you accountable, or someone cares. That's when transformation and community happens.

So again, transformation occurs when positive actions are coupled with accountability and community.

That's just what I've learned, and I've seen it in my life.
