Let me unpack that a little bit more. When we slow down and we start to trust our gut, we have to start thinking. We have to start thinking about options. We have to start discerning the situation we are in. Instinctively, we start to assess the situation.
Our gut reaction is likely connected to our instincts.
Sometimes our instincts can be wrong , because they're meant to protect us even though we're not in danger.
But we have to think through that too. Trusting your gut first, starting there, is a great way to start the thinking process.
