Meet ADAM Bradley

Is the Founder & President of Lead ‘Em Up; a leadership & team performance organization currently serving thousands of teams around the world.

Adam is also the Lead Professor at Towson University’s Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute - an outward-facing corporate leadership institute working with organizations all throughout the Baltimore and Washington market.

In addition Adam serves as a direct consultant and coach for dozens of teams and organizations every year, working with them monthly to help move them closer to winning. Adam also works 1-on-1 with clients as a Certified Practioner for the Leadership Circle - a nationally recognized leadership organization facilitating dynamic 360' leadership consultation

For the last 12-years Adam has amplified his voice through his podcast having interviewed hundreds of leaders including high-profile guests such as Mark Cuban, Kevin Durant, Jay Bilas and many others.

Adam lives in Maryland with his wife and two girls.
