Meet Kylie Felker

As the President of Foster Victor, Kylie leads the strategic direction of the firm and encourages innovative ideas to provide world class planning.  She ensures proper allocation of resources to create successful relationships and fosters the professional development of the FV team through short-term and long-term goal planning.  Her favorite part of her job is being surrounded by a team of hard-working and thoughtful professionals who inspire her every day. 

Kylie also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer, shaping policies and procedures that evolve to reflect the financial industry’s ever-changing regulatory requirements.

Kylie graduated from Furman University with a B.A. in Accounting and has since been a member of their Young Alumni Council. She was awarded the Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional Designation by The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2017 and completed her Executive MBA at the University of North Carolina in 2022. 

Kylie is passionate about community engagement and giving back to the greater Greenville community. In addition to giving time as a mentor and advisor to female entrepreneurs, she serves on the board of Opportunity South Carolina. She is also a board member with Greenville Local Development Corporation, an organization that strives to stimulate Greenville’s growth and community development through catalytic & economic projects.

While she is hoping to discover a hidden talent for knitting in 2024, Kylie’s favorite hobby is enjoying a great meal with family and friends. She and her husband Justin, and son Aiden, love traveling to new restaurants in Greenville and abroad to enjoy diverse foods and experiences.
