EP187 - Why Culture Matters More Than Strategy with Jenni Catron

In this episode of The Tyler Dickerhoof Show, host Tyler Dickerhoof sits down with leadership coach, author, and founder of the 4sight Group, Jenni Catron. Known for her expertise in helping organizations cultivate strong, thriving cultures, Jenni shares insights from her upcoming book, Culture Matters: A Framework for Helping Your Team Grow, Thrive, and Be Unstoppable.

Tyler and Jenni explore why culture is the linchpin of any successful organization and why leaders must be as intentional about building culture as they are about crafting strategies or missions. Jenni delves into her journey from being an independent, ambitious leader to realizing that true success lies in fostering a collaborative and healthy team environment. They discuss the warning signs of a struggling culture, the importance of proactive maintenance, and why band-aid solutions like one-time staff events just don’t work.

Listen in to learn what makes a great culture, how leaders can embrace vulnerability to strengthen their teams, and practical steps to create a culture plan that ensures sustainable success.
