By working on your character, two things are going to happen:
you're going to be a better person.
other people are going to appreciate you for you, rather than when you are trying to fix everything.
When you work on your character, you have more integrity.
When you have more integrity, it doesn't mean you get everything right, but people are going to follow you, they're going to trust you, and you're going to have more influence.
By having more influence, you are helping other people be the hero of their own life.
Build your character rather than trying to change what others think of you.
