Building Trust
The best way to build trust with others is to extend trust first.
Trust is a virtue of life.
We want to have trust with others, but we also have to accept there will be times when our trust will be broken, and that's just life.
If you go into every relationship with zero trust, it will be hard to build on it. But if you go into relationships with 100% trust and understand there will be experiences that lower the number, you can still get back to 100.
The best way is to start with 100; begin with the top number. Extend trust first.
From what I've seen and learned, when starting at the top, a culture of trust is developed. Others extend and hold more trust in a trusting environment.
Every relationship, a leadership relationship, and a business relationship is bound on trust.
If you are the first to offer trust, in my experience is, you'll end up further ahead.
