When we Let our Emotions Flow, We Are Alive

When we let our emotions flow, we are alive. When we mute our emotions, we slowly die.

There are two caveats to this;  One, we can't let our emotions alone drive us. Two, if we don't feel emotions, we're just dying slowly.

We are meant to have emotions for a reason. Our emotions allow us to connect with people. If you study body language, emotions are a universal language.

I remember Kelley and I had an opportunity to meet some people from South Korea. Their facial expressions and their non-verbal communication allowed us to understand how they were feeling about what they were saying.

I personally have been on a bit of an emotional roller coaster the last few weeks. From this experience I want to share: "Give yourself time and freedom to feel the emotions."

How you act with those emotions, how those emotions affect others is something we need to consider.

Remember, "When we let our emotions flow, we are alive. When we mute our emotions, we slowly die."
