Maybe you've heard that before. Belief is our great superpower.
In our world today and as a leader, the greatest opportunity is not to critique, correct, and try to make others tough. Our biggest opportunity is to believe in people and to hold them accountable to that. The impact that I want to make on the world is believing in people and seeing what they do with it. I know that if I believe in people, they'll accomplish more than they ever thought they could. The people that have believed in me have been the catalyst for me to accomplish what I never thought I could.
