Focus on Impact, Not What Others Think

Practice focusing on impact and not what others think.

I have the adage, "I have zero problems making a fool of myself in service of others."

I think it's important.

I think it is virtuous.

I think it is fulfilling.

It doesn't mean you're not going to wonder what others think. Focus on the impact, not what others think.

Focus on how you can affect someone else's life.

The reality is, what they think probably doesn't matter because it's not your purpose.

It's not about their purpose. It's your purpose.

So, seek fulfillment.

Focus on impact.
