You Can’t Push People Up A Ladder

You can't push people up a ladder.

They have to be willing to climb.

If they're willing to climb, then you can help them.

You can push them, but you can't push them up a ladder if they're unwilling to climb. I think there is something to remember here. People have to do the work on their own. You can't do it for them.

You can invite them. You can give them a hand. You can say, “I'm going to help you.” You can get behind them, and you can say, “once you start climbing, I'll help you out. “ But you can't do it for them.

They have to do it.

They have to do it for themselves.

You can't push anyone up a ladder.
