I'm guilty. I sometimes blab.
Sentences are more powerful than paragraphs. It takes some intentional communication to add value in sentences and knowing when you've said enough as opposed to going on and on and then losing people.
The lesson that I'm learning this week is to add value in sentences rather than paragraphs.
