Difference Between Management and Leadership

Everyone doesn't show passion in the same way you do.

Again, that is something that may be grammatically incorrect.

Everyone doesn't show; but that is to stress that everyone's not the same as you.

Everyone shares passion differently; embrace that.

Management is the style of thinking everyone has to be the same; that’s leadership malpractice.

Leadership is recognizing everyone is different and use those differences to help people complement each other so they can more broadly serve.
