Answers Without Explanation Will Always Result in the Same Questions
Answers without explanation will always result in the same questions.
If we don't explain the process, if we don't explain the why, and we only tell people how and what to do, they're ultimately going to come back in a situation and ask the same question.
The idea is, we want different questions. We want people to learn and grow and process.
In leadership, in parenting, in any type of circumstance; give explanations. Help clue people in, and let them then go through a situation. They will process and say, “oh, I am going to build off those previous answers and be able to answer this new question without it.”
Hopefully you understand that we need to give explanations and answers or people will be coming back with the same questions.
