Reflect and Evaluate

"If we don't reflect and evaluate, we will inevitably make the same choices, decisions, and mistakes."

My adage is I want to be better today than I was yesterday with the intention to be better tomorrow than I was today.

I know for me to do that, then I have to concentrate on growth. I have to fill my body with the right things that help me stay healthy and grow. That is a big part of my mind. I've got to stop, slow down and think about what happened yesterday, think about what happened today, and not fall into the same trap. It's getting me motivated, and it's getting me excited for the day to come, which is tomorrow.

If you're not stopping to reflect, evaluate, and go through some of your decisions and how you can get better with intention, I encourage you to start reflecting. It's only through reflection and evaluation that you can weigh the decisions.

You're going to have mistakes.

You're going to have failures.

That's the only way you're going to end up being better tomorrow than you were today.
