Routines are Like Porridge

Routines are like porridge; not everyone has the same preference.

Find out what fits for you. Relating back to Goldilocks. If you don't know the story, hopefully, you do… Goldilocks goes into a house and she starts going through the house. She tries out the bed. She tries out the porridge, and she finds what fits for her.

This is what my theory and thought is: the idea of understanding how valuable a daily routine is. There are times in your day when you're at your best. Routines help you maintain being at your best when it matters most.

My routine and your routine may be wildly different, but the idea and the understanding that having a routine that you fall into when you can be at your best, man, that's what you need to focus on. That's what you need to find out. It’s just like Goldilocks, you've got to figure out what fits for you.

Thinking that no routine is the best routine, that's a sure-fire way to be frustrated, to get burnout, and to just not enjoy life.
