Seeking Failures
Just as a person runs to condition their body, we should seek failures to condition ourselves as well.
Failure is something that if you haven't had a lot of it, it starts to sting and hurt.
If you haven't run much, it isn't very fun.
Once you start running, once you start going through the process, once you start embracing it, man, it's a lot easier.
And the same as with failure, same as with setbacks, same as with challenges in life; the more we just embrace it, and accept it, and understand that's a part of life, the better off we can roll with it and handle it.
