EP174 - Humility vs. Pride: The Lifelong Battle Every Leader Faces with Chad Veach

In this episode of Impact Driven Leader, Tyler Dickerhoof welcomes Chad Veach, the lead pastor at Zoe Church and author of books like, Help! I Work with People and Worried about Everything Because I Pray about Nothing, to explore one of the most challenging battles leaders face: the constant tug between pride and humility.

Chad shares personal stories about learning to "go low" and building a true legacy, offering insights on ego, self-awareness, and the power of embracing humility as a strength rather than a weakness. Through his own journey, Chad reveals how humility has allowed him to find purpose beyond self-promotion and lead others with empathy and authenticity.

Tune in as Chad and Tyler unpack why the real rewards of leadership—trust, impact, and legacy—come only when we learn to step out of the spotlight.
