Acknowledge Others
The greatest validation you can give someone is acknowledging them.
There's someone in your life today that has done something for you. Give them a nod, give them a heads up. Maybe it's a text message.
I'll go even a step further.
I learned this from John Maxwell, as he's implored it upon me. Acknowledge people in public.
If you're talking with someone and either to their spouse, family, or coworkers, acknowledge what you appreciate and love about them.
That element of belief will do more for them than any raise or anything else you can do.
The greatest validation you can give someone is acknowledgment.
Go do that today.
