Stuck In The Past

A leader stuck in the past will quickly become the past.

See, part of evolving and growing and developing as leaders isn't holding on to what's in the past.

My pan is only ten inches, so that's the only size fish I can fry. It's understanding you can cut things up in quarters. You can fit it in there. If you've ever seen the pizza video on TikTok where they take a round pizza and cut it into quarters and end up putting it in a sheet instead of being round. It's square.

See, it's thinking outside the box.

We're working in a day and age where the leaders that think ahead and outside the box don't have to know all the information but they have to take information that's provided to them, confer with the past, look forward to the future and ask, "how is this going to apply in the future?"

See, that's what amazing great leaders do.

If not, a leader stuck in the past will become the past.

Be with intention rather than reacting to what people say.
